Wash

wosh, v. [washed (wosht), washing.] To cleanse by ablution, or by dipping or rubbing in water to scrub with water, etc. to cover with water, wet to overflow or dash against to waste or abrade by the force of water in motion to remove by washing, take away by the action of water; to tint lightly and thinly to overlay with a thin coat of metal. — v. To perform the act of ablution; to perform the busine of cleansing clothes in water; to bear the operation of being washed; to be wasted or worn away by the action of water.— n.
