Bernal Osborne; presided at banquet given to Lord Palmers ton at Reform club 20 July 1850; secretary of the Admiralty Dec. 1852 to Feb. 1858; author of 2 poems called The chaunt of Achilles 1838 and A voice from Palace yard . d.
