[English. succin(ic); and -imide .] Chem.: C2H2COHN. Formed by the action of dry ammonia gas on succinic anhydride. It is obtained in large transparent crystals, which melt at 125-126°, sublime without alteration, and are easily soluble in water and alcohol.
