Hoelemann, Hermann Gustav

D.D., German Protestant theologian; b. at Bauda, Saxony, Aug. 8, 1809; studied at Leipzig, 1829-34; became privat-docent in the philosophical faculty there 1834, changed to the theological faculty 1844; profe or extraordinary of theology, 1853; ordinary honorary profe or of New-Testament exegesis, 1867.
