Plural of cinclis. Cinclinæ (sing-klīnē), n. pl. [NL., 1802. See cut under Cinclida.- 2. A name given by G. R. Gray (after Moehring, 1752) to a genus of wading birds, the turnstones, usually called Streps i las (which see).
