Implement of tillage, consisting of a frame with numerous small sharp teeth, that pulverize without turning the surface of the soil. There is a great variety of forms in use, differing in the shape of the frame and in the number, size, form, and action of the teeth. The spring-tooth harrow is one of the most efficient forms.
