(Lat.), n. f. Mu4nt-i2n2'i2-a3. From Munting, a Dutch botanist. Fr., calabure. A genus of the Tiliece. [B, 42, 121 (a, 35).] M. calabura, M. glabra. Fr., calabure soyeuse, bois ramier (ou de soie). Calabar (or silk-wood) tree; an emollient mucilaginous species having edible fruit. In the West Indies, where it is known as guasem, the bark is used as a parturient.
