[ cyclothure (sīklō-thūr), n. An animal of the genus Cyclothurus; a two-toed ant-eater. Two-toed Ant-eater ( Cyclothurus didactyl us). 1425 Cygnus Cyclo thu rinæ (sīklō-thu-ri'nē), n. pl . [NL., 2. The first, fourth, and fifth digits of the fore paws are so reduced that only two are visible externally, and the inner digit of the hind foot is likewise rudimentary.
