ZENITH

is the vertical point of the heavens at any place, or the point right above a spectator’s hcaci, and from which a line drawn perpendicular to the plane of the horizon would eventually pa through the earth’s centre, supposing the earth to be a perfect sphere. Therefore, each point on the earth’s surface has its corresponding zenith.
