(kon-kre' -shun). The solidification or condensation of a fluid substance; a calculus; a union of parts normally separate, as the fingers. C, Animal, an earthy deposit found in any of the various organs or secretions of the body. These concretions have a fibrous base containing salts of calcium, phosphorus, or magnesium.
