[Gr. oinos =wine; suff. -ology.] The science of wine: that branch of science which deals with the nature, qualities, and varieties of wines. *ce-no-măn-çỹ, s. [Gr. oinos =wine, and manteia =prophecy, divination.] A form of divination among the Greeks, from the color, sound, ., of wine when poured out in libations. ce-no-ma-ni-a, 8.
