epopeia (epope ia)

Same as epoрее. A writer of epopees. It is not long since two of our best-known epopæists , or, to use the more common term, of our novel-writers, have concluded each a work published by instalments. Eporosa (ep-ō-rō'sä), n. pl. [NL., neut. pl. of eporosus: see eporose.] A group of stone-corals with eporose or imperforate corallum. See Aporosa.
