(an-ab-o-lis’tik). Pertaining to anab- olism. an a bros is (an-ab-ro’sis) (Gr.]. sion of the surface. anabrotic (an-ab-rot’ik). by an a bros is. an a camp tic (an-a-kamp’tik). flection, as of sound or light. an a camp to meter (an”ah-kamp-tom’et-er) (Gr. ἀνάκαμψις reflection + μέτρον measure]. instrument for measuring the reflexes. Anacardium (an-ah-kar’de-um) [L.; Gr. ava up + ia. heart]. A genus of tropical trees with a poisonous juice. A. occident a’le, the cashew tree, affords the cashew-nut and a useful gum, as well as cardol (q. v.). It is used for leprosy, for destroying corns and warts, and as a vermicide.
