Radley’s hotel, Southampton 4 Nov. 1880. Solicitors’ Journal , xxv 56 (1880). M’CALMONT, Hugh (3 son of Hugh M’Calmont of Abbey lands, co. Antrim, d. 1839). b. 1809; member of firm of M’Calmont Brothers & Co., merchants at 15 Philpot Lane, Cannon st. London; resided at 8 Grosvenor place, London and at Abbey lands, co. Antrim; bequeathed £100,000 to St. George’s hospital, London. d. 9 Oct. 1887, the value of his personal property was declared at £3,121,931 7s. 8d., Dec. 1887.
