Czac'ki, Thaddeus

a Polish statesman and author, B. 1765. His most important work is a Treatise on the Laws of Poland and Lithuania. D. 1813. Czar, Tsar, Tzar, ( zăr ,) n. [Sclav.; Ru . tsar ; Ger. kaiser , from Lat.
