Huntington, William

REED, clergyman and author, born at Lowell, Ma ., Sept. 20, 1838; graduated at Harvard in 1859, and was instructor in chemistry there from 1859 to 1860; ordained in the Protestant Episcopal Church (1860); a istant rector of Emmanuel Church, Boston (1861-62); rector of All Saints, Worcester, Ma , (1862-63), and has since been rector of Grace Church, New York city. He is the author of Popular Misconceptions of the Episcopal Church; Questions on the rourth Gospel; The Peace of the Church, . The revision of the American Book of Common Prayer was largely due to his efforts. Huntington, in Arkansas , a post-town of Sebastian co., 120 m. N.W. of Little Rock, on St. L. & S. F. R. R. Pop .
