[F. sexte = Sp. Pg. sext a = It. sesta, sex tactic (seks-tak'tik), a. [L. sex, six, + tac tus, touch: see tact.] Pertaining to a six-pointic contact. - Sex tactic points on a curve, points at which a conic can be drawn having six-pointic contact with the curve.
