Cotton Caterpillar

Aletia argil lace a. Hatched from eggs laid on under side of leaf of cotton-plant. When twenty days old, rolls itself up in leaf, and ten days later appears as a Cotton Caterpillar ( Aletia argil lace a ). nocturnal moth, light-brown, over an inch acro wings, on which are a dark central spot and three small white spots, also wavy lines. Each female lays nearly 200 eggs. Use arsenites or kerosene extract of pyrethrum.
