In Naval Language, a small light platform near the lower mast-head. TOPARCHY {Gv.Tove;, a place, o.nd oe.^x'^^ government), in Antiquity, signified a small state or lordship consisting only of a few cities or towns; or a petty country under the sway of a toparch.
