[ = lusks, as the odontophorous or cephalophorous univalves; some lateral part or proce of the foot, foot, in any way distinguished from the mesial pro podium, me so podium, and meta podium. In pteropods a pair of large wing-like epipodia serve as fins with, and in fact give name to the order Ptero pod a. The funnels of cephalopods are supposed by some to be modified epipodia.
