NUT OILS

Many nuts yield oils of value and wide use as food. Prominent among them are the almond, coconut, peanut, and walnut, all of which are treated in their alphabetical positions. OAT (see the color-page opposite 558), a grain widely cultivated as food for men and horses—-especially in the northern parts of Europe and North America.
