( pl .): Falls of the fife-rails placed on balusters on the poop and quarter-deck down to the gangway. hanch, s. [HAUNCH.] hăn-çhìn-ol, s. [Mexican.] Bot.: Heimia salic i folia , a plant of the order Lythraceæ, having yellow flowers, while most of violent perspiration, and is used by the Mexican sas the order have red or purple. It is said to excite a powerful remedy in venereal diseases.
