(sper-mat-or-e' '-ak). Involuntary discharge of semen without sexual excitement. S. dormientum, a nocturnal emi ion of semen. S., False, when spermatozoids are not in the fluid; called, also, prost at or rhea. S., True, when spermatozoids are present.
