Frederic Franco is, pianist and musical composer, was bom at Warsaw in 1810, and died in 1841. He has written nocturnes, polonaises, waltzes, CHRYSOSTOM, and mazurkas (for the piano) which display wonderful poetic fancy and subtle ideas, besides being most melodious.
