[Eng. Sad duc(ee); -ism; Fr. saducéis me.] The doctrines, tenets, or principles of the Sadducees. săd-du-çize, v. i. [Eng. Sadduc (ee); -ize.] Το conform to or adopt the doctrines or principles of the Sadducees. "Sadducizing Christians, I suppose they were, who said there was no resurrection." -Atterbury : Sermons, vol. ii. (Pref.) One whose occupation is to make saddles.
