Ru ia, cap. of a govt. of same name, on the right bank of the Dnieper, 250 m. N.E. from Ode a; Lat. 48° 27′ N., Lon. 35° 5' E. In the vicinity is a ruined palace, formerly the residence of Prince Potemkin. Eke, v . a.
