tog'gl, n. {Naut.) A short wooden pin fixed in a loop or eye of a rope, bolt, etc., to hold it in place in another loop, etc.; at 2 rods or plates hinged together; a button. — Tog'gle-joint, n. An elbow or knee joint, Tog gel consisting of 2 bars so connected that they joint, may be brought into a straight line, and made to n. produce great end-wise pre ure.; linger or ink, then, boNboN, chair, get. Toil. toil. v. i. [toiled (toild), toiling.] To exert strength with pain and fatigue of body or mind; labor, work hard. — n.
