In Botany, a form of inflorescence in which all the flowers are se ile along a common axis, as in Plant a go. SrTNDLE. In Geometry, a solid generated by the revolution of a curve line about its base or double ordinate. The solid generated by the revolution of a curve about its axis is called a conoid.
