(1) Partition separating the officers of a court of justice from others. (2) Those members of the legal profe ion entitled to a place within the bar-in Britain, solicitors. Queen's counsel and barristers; in the U. S., all duly admitted attorneys-at-law. (3) The court, as in the phrase "case at bar."
