Station of the Berlin Mi ionary Society (1855), with (1903) 1 mi ionary, 8 native workers, 3 outstations, 1 day school, 1 Sunday school. in Kaffraria, Wei-liwei and 387 profe ed Christians, of communicants. whom 163 are WATER BERG: A village near the railway, between Pretor i a and Pietersburg, at the foot of the Water berg Mountains, on the S. slope of which is Warmbad, with its hot spring. The mountains give name also to a mi ion of the WMS, of which statistics are given under Makapan. Station of the Berlin Mi ionary Society (1867), with (1903) 1 mi ionary, 16 native workers, 7 outstations, and 498 profe ed Christians. Some call the station ModimoUe. 793
