—A short rectangular bar of milk steel, wrought iron or piled scrap, me as uring about 18 inches long by 3 inc he square. Steel billets are produced for rol ling into plates for tinning; others are mad for manufacturing small sections of finishes iron or steel, or for smiths’ use.
