College. ] Take of Saffron, Ship-pitch, Colophon i a, yellow Wax, of each four ounces, Turpentine, Galbanum, Ammoniacum, Myrrh, Olibanum, Mastich, of each one ounce and three drams. Let the Pitch and Colophon i a be melted together, then add the Wax, then (it being removed from the fire) the Turpentine, afterwards the Gums di olved in Vinegar, lastly the Saffron in powder, well mixed with Vinegar, and so make it into a plaster according to art.
