Specific gravity, 5 107; color, iron-black. Schwein-fürth (th as t), s. [See def.] Geog.: A town in Bavaria. Schweinfurth-blue, s. Probably the same in substance as Scheele's green, prepared without heat, or treated with an alkali and digested in water. It is a beautiful color, liable to the same changes, and is of the same habits as blue-verditer. Schweinfurth-green, s . [EMERALD-GREEN.]
