Jefferson

President, was bom in 1743, and drew up the draft of the Declaration of Independence. He was elected President in 1800, and one of his actions was the purchase of Louisiana from France. He was the third president of U.S.A. succeeding Adams; and both Adams and he died on, Independence Day, July 4, 1826.
