Count Mieceslas Franco is Joseph . b. Ru ia 1794; exce ively rich, having an income of 6,000,000 francs; came to England and was naturalized 6 Feb. 1875; left all his property to charities as he could not bear the idea of it going to his heir; before his death altered his will and left his money to his son Nicholas Potocki, who had never offended him, amount said to be £80,000 a year; his wife the counte Potocki, a musician, the friend and benefactor of F.
