Impotence

Lack of power, applied especially to male incapacity of procreation. It is variously qualified as atonic, when due to spinal or central exhaustion; paralytic or paretic, when the impulse that leads to the performance of the function is abolished; psychic, when due to fear, bashfulne , or mental disturbance; symptomatic, when due to some drug, or to a disturbance of the health.
