FENTON, EDWARD

(fl. 1577-1603), Eng. navigator; served under Frobisher, and commanded Mary Rose against Armada, (1880), political scientist; 6. in Maryland. Bachelor of Arts at Loyola ‘College in 1907 and Doctor of Philosophy at Johns Hopkins University 1912. From 1911-1914 was law clerk, division of international law, for Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. At Washington College of Law from 1912-14 was lecturer on International Law. A ociate 1914-1915 in Political Science. Profe or since 1918 at Bryn Mawr College. Member of American Society of International Law, American Academy of Political and Social Science, American Political Science A ociation. Author of The Neutrality Laws of the United States, 1913.
