ostreaceous (ostreashius)

[NL. * ostrea ceus, as ostracean. This distinction of two interior vehicles or tunicles of the soul, besides that outer vestment of the terrestrial body (styled in Plato τὸ ὀστρεῶδες , the crustaceous or ostreaceous body), is not a mere figment of the latter Platonists since Christianity, but a tradition derived down from antiquity.
