Gael. Gaidh lig, Gailig, Gaelig = Ir. Gaoidhilig, the Gaelic language.] I. a. Of or pertaining to the Gaels, a Celtic race inhabiting the Highlands of Scotland: as, the Gaelic language. II. n.
