—An oscillatory discharge, a series of rapid alternations of charges which are set up when the plates of a charged condenser are joined by a conductor, the plates of the condenser being positively and negatively charged in turn. A high frequency alternating current flows in the conducecr, but it soon dies away as the encrgy of the condenser pa es Into heat. Undulatory Winding.~-A method of armature winding, usually known as wave winding.
