Draco

Northern constellation of third-magnitude stars winding round the Pole between the two Bears to Cepheus and back to two second-magnitude stars in the head under Hercules. The brighter of these two, called Rasteben, is the one used in calculating the coefficient of aberration of the fixed stars.
