A dock filled only at high tide. tidal-boat, s. A steamer which plies between tidal harbors, and whose arrivals and departures are, therefore, regulated by the time of the tide. tidal-harbor, s . A harbor in which the tide ebbs and flows, as distinguished from a harbor which is kept at high water by means of docks with flood gates.
