(Lat.), n. n. A*g(a°g)-ro-pi(pu®)ru®m(ru*m). Fr., agropyron. Gers Pues ke, Sp.,agropiron. A genus of gramineous plants established hy Gärtner, corresponding in part to the genus Triticum (q. v.).
