(in-fri-mir’ji-nal), a. [ Sra, below, + mar go (-gin-), breast: see marginal.) In entom., below or posterior to the marginal cell in an insect’s wing.—Infra marginal cell, an outer cell in the anterior wing of certain aphids, or plant-lice, behind the marginal cell, and limited posteriorly by the furcal vein.—Infra marginal convolution, the superior temporal convolution.
