Warren, Henry White

D.D. (Dick in son College, Car lisle, Penn., 1872), bishop of the Methodist-Episcopal Church; b. at Ma achusetts, 18— graduated at Wesley an University, Middle town, Conn., 1853; taught natural science at Amenia, N.Y., and ancient languages at Wilbraham, Ma .,; joined the New-England Conference in 1855; was stationed at West field, Lynn, Worcester, Charles town, Cambridge, twice in Boston, all Ma .; was transferred to Philadelphia Conference, 1871; to New-York East, 1874; to Philadelphia, 1877; elected bishop, 1880.
