Elephant-fish

( Callorhynchus antarctic us ), a fish of the sub-cla Elasmobranch i i (rays and sharks), so named from a proboscis-like structure on the nose: called also Southern Chimæra. It inhabits the Antarctic seas, and is palatable eating.
