INDIGESTION

n. Ian-di-jeast'yun. Lat, indigestio (from in. not, and digerere. to separate). Fr., i. Ger., 7.. Lnrerdawing (1st def.). Apepsia or dyspepsia, especially acute dyspepsia. Intestinal i. I. dependent upon derangement of the functions of the small intestine. It may be a primary disease or secondary to diseases of the liver, pancreas, or stomach.
