Condition in which the sweat is colored. Chromite, or CHROMIC IRON. FeCrO4. Mineral resembling magnetic iron but containing chromium sesquioxide in place of ferric oxide; used in the manufacture of chrome pigments. In the U. S. mines of chromite have been worked in Md. and in Cal. Ru ia, Turkey, and Asia Minor contain valuable de IMG:content-0873.png:[graphic] Prof. Univ. Edinburgh 1822-77: Baronet 1871.
