(Yunanca köken — orijinale bakınız.) An eruption of pimples or small pustules common in young persons after having overheated themselves, or eaten indigestible and greasy things. Analogous eruptions are seen upon infants, especially those who are ill-nursed. Proper diet, mild aperients, especially small doses of rhubarb and magnesia, generally carry them off. [s. 396]
