ASSAULT

Defined in Pennsylvania as follows: "If any person shall unlawfully and maliciously inflict upon another person, either with. or without any weapon or instrument, any grievous bodily harm; or unlawfully cut, stab, or wound any other person, he shall be guilty of a misde-' mean or,'' etc. Brightly, Punl.
